Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Click Circuit (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. One account per person.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information (including a valid PayPal email for payouts). We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Credits

Credits are a virtual, in-platform unit with no cash value except when withdrawn in accordance with Section 6. Credits are earned by completing verified tasks, purchased, or granted, and are spent to run campaigns or buy features. We may adjust credit rates, limits, and balances to correct errors or abuse.

4. Earning & verification

Rewards are only granted for verified activity. We use anti-fraud checks (proof-of-completion, dwell time, IP/device signals, and third-party validation). Activity we determine to be invalid, fraudulent, or automated will not be rewarded and may be reversed.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Bots, scripts, auto-clickers, or any automated or fake traffic.
• Multiple accounts, or colluding to inflate credits.
• Using VPNs/proxies to evade limits, or falsifying your identity or location.
• Completing offers dishonestly (e.g. false survey answers) or reversing/charging back rewards.
• Promoting illegal, malicious, adult, or deceptive content.

Violations may result in forfeiture of credits and termination without payout.

6. Withdrawals

You may request to withdraw earned credits to PayPal once you meet the minimum threshold. Withdrawals are reviewed manually and may be delayed or declined where we detect fraud, reversed offers, or Terms violations. Payout rates and thresholds are set by us and may change.

7. Purchases

Credit purchases and Pro/VIP memberships bought with real money are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

8. Third-party offers

Offers, surveys, and ads are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or reward decisions. If a third party reverses a completion (e.g. for fraud), we may reverse the corresponding credits.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms. Credits associated with fraudulent activity are forfeited.

10. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding the credits in your account.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
